Ricardo is a Venezuelan – American with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA with a focus on entrepreneurship. His corporate experience spans over 10 years in a wide array of functions within an industrial organization – from purchasing, operations management, through regional sales.He is certified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Fluid Power Specialist, and ISO auditor. He is also an entrepreneur and business owner in the fluid power distribution arena (+10 years), along with a Business Consulting form, helping founders transition from startup to consolidated business though systems, to then either scale up through M&A’s, or craft a successful Exit.
Ricardo leverages on his +20 years of experience, along with a passion to help others unleash their full potential towards a meaningful purpose, to help founders accelerate the achievement of their goals. He’s an avid musician, married with 3 children.
