He works closely with owners throughout the transaction process, including evaluating sellable earnings, preparing businesses for market, positioning opportunities to qualified buyers, and managing negotiations and execution through closing.
Richard is a South Florida native and earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Miami and his MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. He is known for bringing a disciplined, professional approach to business brokerage and for helping owners navigate transactions with clarity and confidence.
